Tabella corsi obbligatori e relative sanzioni
Per ottemperare a quanto stabilito nel D.Lgs 81/08, tutte le aziende che comportano la presenza di altre persone ad esclusione del Datore di Lavoro devono frequentare i corsi obbligatori in materia di sicurezza sul lavoro. Tali inadempienze comportano delle sanzioni pecuniarie o detentive.
